This is something I would like to explore more. There is a black woman who is married to a white man and they have children together. She writes a lot about the propblems she has with racism in either Sweden or Norway.

However, that is only one data point. I would tend to agree based on my limited times I went to Europe that what you say rings true. Perhaps not worry free interracial marriages but less issues than here in America.
