I had hoped for something more substantive than what I recieved. I had read a Harvard Law Review article similar to your central concept about two months ago that was published in the 70s.

I had hoped I would have seen some new data points to allow the conversation to breath, instead I found nothing.

You issue an important disclaimer that you are not an activist, but you did not have to because one can tell that you are not proximate to activism. Activist got Derek Chauvin arrested and convicted of murder. He was the second white male officer to be convicted by a jury for the death of an unarmed black man in America. He has recieved the longst sentence of any police officer for an officer involved shooting of a black man in America. That was activism.

Activism, has organized Starbucks and Amazon warehouses. This is the most important event with the slow creep of fascism in this country.

Activism made same-sex marriage the law of the land. Activism also allowed states to determine if abortion is legal or a crime. Activism is currently working to get rid of same-sex marriage. Activism has also banned books in our schools.

Activism is alive and potent. This essay could have been somethig special and thought-provoking, instead it was neither.
