I agree with what you wrote. I challenge you to look at the idea if we have to be twice as good as our white peers, shouldn't that equate in twice as much pay? That is the problem with that line of thought. Thank you for reading my post and sharing your thoughts, because I know I am raising my daughter differently than my parents raised me. However, I have that freedom because of my parents' sacerfices.
