However, both of the neighborhoods were all white neighborhoods and are still that way today. They are middle class homes (current estimated values of 400K and $500K.).

This is something new...something that we have very little data on. White people buying homes previously owned by black families at full-market value and the owners actually living in these homes.

That is why I consider this so curious.
