As an office of the court I am appalled by this decision. As an American I am sickened by this vindictive use of the judicial system to not only punish but humiliate a black woman. This system is unjust and without an act of furtherance in a specific place and time this is just “locker room” talk and should have been treated as such. We are not a safer society with her incarcerated. Thanks for telling this story.
